Tommy Stiles started 4Square Heat and Air after more than 17 years in heating and air conditioning, and he still loves the part of the job where someone’s house goes from miserable to comfortable. At 4Square you can expect honesty, integrity and quality, every visit, every system, every time.
4Square Heat and Air serves homeowners across Collin County from our base between McKinney and Princeton. We repair and replace air conditioners, furnaces and heat pumps, fix the airflow problems that make good systems feel weak, and set up thermostats so everything works together.
Why “4Square”?
Our logo is four squares: a snowflake for cooling, a fan for airflow, a flame for heating and a thermometer for control. Get all four right and a house is comfortable in every season. Miss one and you feel it, usually on the hottest day of the year.
Always in your corner
It’s our motto, and it’s how we work. That means honest answers about repair versus replacement, prices before work begins, clean job sites, and a walk-through when we’re finished so you know exactly what was done. Neighbors have recognized it, too: 4Square was a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite in both 2022 and 2023.
Honesty
We tell you what’s wrong in plain words, what it costs, and whether it’s worth fixing. If a repair will carry you another five summers, we’ll say so.
Integrity
Licensed, permitted and done to code, whether anyone’s watching or not. The work behind the panel gets the same care as the work you can see.
Quality
Clean installs, tidy job sites and a walk-through before we leave, so you know exactly what was done and how your system works.
The details matter
The work you see, and the work you don’t.
Good HVAC work shows up in the details: insulated refrigerant lines, a condensate drain that’s pitched and trapped correctly, a safety switch that shuts things down before water hits your ceiling, and tidy wiring at the disconnect. It’s the difference between a system that runs for fifteen years and one that calls you back every summer.
“He fixed our outdoor contactor coil the exact same day we called. He was incredibly courteous, professional, and had everything running smoothly in no time. Highly recommend 4Square Heat & Air for fast, reliable local service!”
